Vendor Form

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at MEME 2025! Here is some essential information to be aware of:

• Vendor Market Date: Saturday, June 7th, 2025

• Vendor Market Operating Hours: 1pm - 12am

• Vendor load in and set up: 11am - 1pm

• Vendor load out: 12am - 1am

• Vendor fee for a 10' x 10' area:  $150  (larger spots available please inquire)

* You must provide your own tables, chairs and tents if you require them (we don't have any available to rent on site)

* Vendor area location is in the parking lot at Old Market Square right next to our licensed area and facing the field in front of The Cube.

* We will have power outlets available for anyone wanting to plug in lights, you must bring your own 50' extension cord to reach our power location.

* Vendors don't have to operate for the entire 11 hours of the event - it starts to get busy after 4pm but you are welcome to setup and be vending at 1pm as things kick off.

* Vendors will be featured on our website from April until the festival! For vendors that are accepted we'll send out a request for pictures and links etc to use on our website.
